Welcome! I am so glad you are here.
My journey in the birth community began over 30 years ago. Over three decades, I have had the distinct honor of serving diverse families as a Certified Birth Doula (DONA), postpartum doula, and placenta encapsulation specialist. I was incredibly blessed to train under the guidance of the late, legendary Linda Worzer. Over the years, I have supported families of all backgrounds and faiths, and I am proud to still maintain close relationships with many of them today. There is no greater joy than witnessing a baby's first breath and watching them grow into an amazing adult.
My history with Dallas Placenta Encapsulation runs deep. In 2016, I learned the art of encapsulation from a dear friend, midwife, and the company's former owner, frequently stepping in to support her clients. That same year, I founded Denton County Placenta Encapsulation. By 2022, I began working actively toward acquiring Dallas Placenta Encapsulation by providing hands-on encapsulation and pickup services. In January 2024, that dream became a reality when I officially became the owner.
Home for me is Sanger, Texas, where I grew up and still live today. I am the proud mother of four incredible adult children and a blessed grandmother of two. Watching my own children grow, start their own lives, and build their families has been the greatest joy of my life.
